Recently i suffered a month long psychosis. This had nothing to do with my drug use, there was at least 4 major factors causing the psychosis. It was a depressive psychosis, and for two weeks of it, i was planning my suicide. It was a real bad one. The worst i've had for some time. Marijuana is the best drug for me in these times, much better than my medication (which i take religiously). Smoking pot turned my plans for suicide, my depresssion, my lack of future sight, Took them right away. It almost made me angry to be cheered up in this way, unexpectedly - you get comfortable in your depression. In short marijuana is the best drug, not only because it works the best, but also becuase it works immediately. I need this medication/drug to be legal desperately because I want to stop mixing with criminals to get my hands on it. (I'm too sick to mow my lawn, so growing it is out of the question). I agree that marijuana and heroin should be made legal, definitely, htere has to be some way we coudl safeguard the heroin. but both these drugs can and are used therapeutically. I would like to see Ecstasy made available on prescription. The quality of that drug is increasingly worrying, so it needs to be in the hands of professionals that aren't going to mix it with rat poison or the like. Cocaine, same. LSD as well. The last three are at a stretch, but i must put my opinionated foot down about speed and ice. They are the most dangerous drugs apart from poison. And they DO cause mental illness. DEFINITELY.
